- Ovarian Cancer Symptoms
- Pelvic or Abdominal Swelling
- Bloating-Fullness
- Feeling Full even after a small meal.
- Pelvic or Abdominal pain & discomfort.
- Ongoing Excessive Unexplained Fatigue.
- Vague, but persistant Gastrointestinal Upsets.
- Gas, Nausea, Frequent Indigestion.
- Frequency or Urgent Urination.
- Unexplained Weight Gain or loss.
- Unexplained Changes in Bowel Habits.
- Constipation, diarrhea.
- Loss of Appetite.
- Back pain or leg pain or both.
- Shortness of breath, difficulty breathing.
Consult a Doctor if any of these symptoms persist or increase in frequency or intensiet for more than 2 weeks.
Ovarian cancer symptoms are often subtle and easily confused with symptoms for other disorders. Frequently, women don't recognize the symptoms, and too often doctors lack sufficient awareness to effectively diagnose the disease.

The following are some tests that should be done;
· A rectovaginal pelvic exam.
· Ultrasound/Transvaginal Ultrasound.
· CT Scans. & or MRI.
Women at High risk for Ovarian Cancer -those with strong family history will be screened with Ultrasound & blood tests.
